<lb ed="T" n="0005b24"/><span class="tx">律儀戒。謂斷諸惡。卽法身之因也。由法身</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0005c14"/><span class="tx">事皆攝生戒。是名菩薩廣大甚深山海喩法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c15"/><span class="tx">三聚淨戒。此三聚中攝盡萬行。貫括衆德。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0005c17"/><span class="tx">問。若爾以何爲定慧學。以戒學中盡一切</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c18"/><span class="tx">故　答。大乘三學義門互攝。擧一全收無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c19"/><span class="tx">不窮盡。總攝萬行以爲戒學。蘊積萬行</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c20"/><span class="tx">名爲定學。含聚萬善以爲慧學。一一法門</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c21"/><span class="tx">通三學故。雖言三學互是萬行。爲門不同。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c22"/><span class="tx">故分三學。止惡之中有其善門。是定慧故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c23"/><span class="tx">定慧之中有其止門。是戒學故。事相互融定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c24"/><span class="tx">不離故。正念思惟作利益事。安住正見饒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c25"/><span class="tx">益有情。隨利生事成立定慧。是故饒益名</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c26"/><span class="tx">爲定慧。正見正思卽成利生。不捨大定大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c27"/><span class="tx">智體義卽作大悲大化事業。初心已後轉勝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c28"/><span class="tx">漸深。内體外用不動不捨。互通互攝無礙自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0005c29"/><span class="tx">在。故今大乘一實敎中。語戒則一戒一切戒。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a01"/><span class="tx">無有定慧而非戒者。一心一切心。無有戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a02"/><span class="tx">慧而非定學。一慧一切慧。無有戒定而非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a03"/><span class="tx">慧者。戒定慧品一心中得。一念三學互通無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a04"/><span class="tx">礙。一法成萬行。一念經多劫。一多全攝。念</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a05"/><span class="tx">劫互融。無方卽入。圓滿周盡。由此義故。萬</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a06"/><span class="tx">行三聚卽成定慧。萬行定慧卽成三聚。雖</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a07"/><span class="tx">三聚中攝盡萬行。以戒爲門故名律宗。大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a08"/><span class="tx">乘萬法。萬行之中皆有戒法。諸經論中多說</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a09"/><span class="tx">如是諸行相故。始自三歸終至佛果。於諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a10"/><span class="tx">位中皆有戒行。因中諸階戒法因成。果位</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a11"/><span class="tx">極處戒行果滿。七聖財中有戒聖財。十無盡</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a12"/><span class="tx">藏亦有戒藏。三學門中戒學最初。六波羅蜜</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a13"/><span class="tx">戒度第二。十信位中有其戒心。華嚴經中。十</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a14"/><span class="tx">信會有淨行一品。十住會中有梵行品。十</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a15"/><span class="tx">梵行中戒爲行體。十行十度第二戒度。十地</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a16"/><span class="tx">十度一増具。及各圓具。信前信位。三賢十</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a17"/><span class="tx">地。一一位中皆具戒行。須臾刹那無有離</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a18"/><span class="tx">戒。若無戒法非菩薩故。至佛果地萬行</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a19"/><span class="tx">圓熟。感成萬德一切圓極。此萬德果皆由</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a20"/><span class="tx">戒行。故佛果上有諸戒德。五分法身有戒法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a21"/><span class="tx">身。福智莊嚴有戒莊嚴。三十二相無差別因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a22"/><span class="tx">以戒爲體。是化身相。他受用身八萬四千相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a23"/><span class="tx">好光明。十蓮華藏微麈數相。無差別因。皆是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a24"/><span class="tx">戒力。別別因中亦有戒功。如是因果功德法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a25"/><span class="tx">門皆是戒行戒德所成。菩薩因果内悟外益</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a26"/><span class="tx">咸以戒行成立如是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a27"/><span class="tx">問。一乘圓宗菩薩大人所受所行佛果妙因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a28"/><span class="tx">旣是三聚廣大戒法。其受戒等行相云何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006a29"/><span class="tx">答。菩薩大人意樂深廣。行解高遠。所應受</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b01"/><span class="tx">者不捨一法。所應行者無遺一行。萬行之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b02"/><span class="tx">數億度所管皆是所修。無所乘故貫括無邊</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b03"/><span class="tx">包納無盡。大乘義相。法如是故。由此義故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b04"/><span class="tx">受此大戒。總有二門盡其方軌。一者總受。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b05"/><span class="tx">牒三聚戒總通受故。所牒三聚卽是羯磨。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b06"/><span class="tx">義寂法師立此名故。占察經中有此名故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b07"/><span class="tx">亦名通受法。通受三聚故。慈恩太賢建此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b08"/><span class="tx">稱故。二者別受。於三聚中。別受攝律儀戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b09"/><span class="tx">一門盡行相故。諸師其同建此名故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b10"/><span class="tx">問。何故唯攝律儀一聚有別受法。攝善攝生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b11"/><span class="tx">二聚之中不立別受　答。律儀一戒揩定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b12"/><span class="tx">七衆。佛爲聲聞。於一乘中摘律儀分制諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b13"/><span class="tx">戒法。佛法七衆是故成立。今菩薩人此門諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b14"/><span class="tx">戒本自已有。元來三聚律儀七衆。非唯別受</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b15"/><span class="tx">定七衆姓。其通受門定衆亦爾。攝善攝生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b16"/><span class="tx">無此事義。是故後二無別受法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b17"/><span class="tx">問。通受律儀旣定七衆。何故必用別受律</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b18"/><span class="tx">儀　答。別受作法同聲聞故。三乘共同娑</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b19"/><span class="tx">婆風故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b20"/><span class="tx">問。通別二受何長何短　答。通受作法盡未</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b21"/><span class="tx">來際。別受唯是一形壽法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b22"/><span class="tx">問。菩薩何故用盡形法　答。菩薩行解廣大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b23"/><span class="tx">深遠。盡未來際是長時修。亦有一形盡壽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b24"/><span class="tx">之法。長短自在。隨期卽成。一法多法無局</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b25"/><span class="tx">限故。欲盡未來用通受門。欲盡一形用</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0006b27"/><span class="tx">問。三聚淨戒出何敎文　答。三聚法門源</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b28"/><span class="tx">出華嚴。至其廣相卽在後時處處所說諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006b29"/><span class="tx">大乘經及諸論等。彼華嚴經唯言戒有三種。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c01"/><span class="tx">不出名相。釋家卽陳三聚戒義。梵網戒經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c02"/><span class="tx">有三聚義。不別立名。釋經諸師就文以義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c03"/><span class="tx">廣明三聚淨戒之相。賢首師判梵綱戒云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c04"/><span class="tx">總以三聚淨戒爲宗。十重經文配對三聚。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c05"/><span class="tx">太賢師判四十八輕。一一戒具三聚戒義。梵</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c06"/><span class="tx">網戒經佛最初說。瓔珞本業如來成道二十</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c07"/><span class="tx">八年時之所說。彼經上卷賢聖名字品中說</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c08"/><span class="tx">十重戒。下卷因果品說六波羅密。其戒廣中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c09"/><span class="tx">開三聚戒。謂自性戒。受善法戒。利益衆生戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c10"/><span class="tx">也。大衆學品云。佛子。今爲諸菩薩結一切</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c11"/><span class="tx">戒根本。所謂三受門。攝善法戒所謂八萬四</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c12"/><span class="tx">千法門。攝衆生戒所謂慈悲喜捨。化及衆生</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0006c14"/><span class="tx">戒經中說三聚戒。然彼經本有大小部。九</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c15"/><span class="tx">卷廣本具說六度。其戒品段。第五前半。戒波</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c16"/><span class="tx">羅蜜說九種相。其第二相名一切戒。此中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c17"/><span class="tx">總說三聚淨戒。卽通在家出家二衆。烈三</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c18"/><span class="tx">戒云。一者戒。二者受善法戒。三者爲利衆生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c19"/><span class="tx">故行戒。彼具演說三聚相貌。又有一卷善戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c20"/><span class="tx">經。賢首大師名重樓戒經是也。彼經所說。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c21"/><span class="tx">先受五十具三戒已。然後受菩薩戒。此菩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c22"/><span class="tx">薩戒者通受三聚戒。烈三聚云。攝持一切</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c23"/><span class="tx">菩提道戒。利益一切諸衆生戒。此卽攝善</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c24"/><span class="tx">攝生二戒。此是彼經出菩薩戒羯磨。而唯擧</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c25"/><span class="tx">二聚略攝律儀戒。卽次上句受一切菩薩戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c26"/><span class="tx">所攝。彼經所說羯磨要略。至戒相者具說</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c27"/><span class="tx">出家菩薩八重。卽當梵網前後四重。後說輕</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c28"/><span class="tx">戒四十餘條。大同瑜伽所說輕戒。廣本善戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0006c29"/><span class="tx">廣說三聚。而不說彼四重四十餘輕等相。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a01"/><span class="tx">三聚相状大同瑜伽地持所說。占察經中說</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a02"/><span class="tx">三聚戒。烈三戒云。攝律儀戒。攝善法戒。攝</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0007a09"/><span class="tx">三聚淨戒。名義行相所說甚廣。瑜伽大論所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a10"/><span class="tx">說窮幽。卽是根本摩怛利迦本地分内菩薩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a11"/><span class="tx">地中具說六度。其戒度中說九種戒。一切戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a12"/><span class="tx">者卽三聚戒。出家在家菩薩所持。名受三聚</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a13"/><span class="tx">盡諸戒相。彼戒度處決擇分文循環硏竅極</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a14"/><span class="tx">了明白。及餘處文隨應具說。彼地持論是瑜</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a15"/><span class="tx">伽論本地分中菩薩一地同本異譯。是故無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a16"/><span class="tx">彼決擇分等。攝大乘論戒學殊勝亦明三聚。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a17"/><span class="tx">唯識論第九要略明三聚。及十地論第二地</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a18"/><span class="tx">處。竝餘論等。隨宜所說廣略非一。廣略善</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a19"/><span class="tx">戒與瑜伽同。兩本善戒如來自說。瑜伽地</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a20"/><span class="tx">持彌勒所說。而彼此同者。如來最初說善戒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a21"/><span class="tx">經。彌勒親承。如來滅後九百餘年。傳說在</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a22"/><span class="tx">世親聞之法。是故瑜伽同善戒經。汎而言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a23"/><span class="tx">之。瑜伽戒本採集蘊結如來所說諸大乘經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0007a24"/><span class="tx">處處散說諸戒法門。以爲一大尸羅藏法。卽</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0007a26"/><span class="tx">非唯大乘亦採小乘所制毘尼。攝律儀戒七</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0007b15"/><span class="tx">瑜伽律儀者。彼四十云。律儀戒者。謂諸菩</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0008b11"/><span class="tx">持亦同。菩薩内戒經四十二經。善生經中除</span>
